HINTS ON HOW TO BROWSE THIS SITE
GNOSO.net is meant to be a source of information for Seniors in Louisiana, providing details on the annual GNOSO Games, healthy lifestyles and items of general interest to Louisiana Seniors. At the left of the page - and most pages - is a MENU. The words you see are LINKS to other places in this site which contain the information you seek. Notice that the word "Home is highlighted in blue, with double chevrons to the right. This indicates that you are on the "active page." In the depiction below is the link for the 2010 Games Events. Simply click on the rectangle with "2010 Events" in it, and you will be taken to the 2010 "Master Page," which is a "launching pad" for any 2010 Event. From that page, you may use the corresponding MENU, or you may use the links in the body of the page (notice "Arts & Crafts" and "Rac." These are also links. There is also and a simple calendar accessible from the page shown below.

Each Event Page will be display details of that Event, the Results of the Event,and Links to Pictures from the Event, when those are available. Links to Pictures will be in the form of "Click HERE for Pictues," or "Click HERE (2010 Photos...", or maybe even, "FOR PICTURES OF THE EVENT , CLICK ON THE WORD "PICTURES," BELOW.
THIS OPENS A SLIDE SHOW IN A SEPARATE WINDOW. THE PICTURES WILL SCROLL, OR YOU MAY ADVANCE THEM WITH THE ARROW BUTTONS." Most of the photos are in the form of slide shows.

NOTE: If there is something YOU do not understand about the site, there is a pretty good chance that someone else doesn't understand, either. Don't hesitate to communicate your questions - you may be helping a lot of people, including us.
