Wellness Seminar - January 5 2008:

GNO Senior Olympics presented a WELLNESS SEMINAR on SATURDAY, JANUARY 5TH at 9AM.
Registration began at 8:30, at ST PAUL'S EPISCOPAL PARISH HALL, 6249 Canal Blvd, New Orleans.
The Opening Address was delivered by Guest Speaker DR. THADDEUS TEMPLE, a doctor of Internal Medicine. He gave a cogent talk on the importance of EXCERCISING as we age.
YOGA FOR SENIORS was led by JANICE OPPENHEIM
Dr Temple's talk was be followed by a Short Presentation/Demonstration, "YOGA FOR SENIORS." All of those present had come dressed to participate.
